Do any other San Diego filmmakers out there empathize with me?
I feel like it’s the same story for every filmmaker in San Diego…we come down here for school, and for the location. We graduate with a film degree, stoked to do film in San Diego, only to realize a year or 2 later that there’s nothing to do film-wise in San Diego. Thus comes the move to LA, the dreaded move for every San Diegan.
