I used to hate running, like hate with a passion. I thought it was so pointless and unpleasant and that anyone who enjoyed to run or did a running sport was a weirdo. But for some reason, in the past like 2 years, I started to really like it. For a while I was running 2 or 3 times a week, a mile at least each time. It felt really good, I felt more accomplished, I had more energy and felt more healthy, I really started to like it. The past few months I’ve been really slipping though. I started to get busy and then I was kind of sick for a while, but I just ran this morning for the first time in like a month, and it felt really good. You should try it, NOW!
