If you haven’t heard of AOC, you’re lying.

Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is the freshman Democrat in the House for NY-14th District. She’s been making waves and rocking the boat since she announced her campaign back in 2018. Wall Street, Republicans and establishment corporate Democrats hate her. I actually think that they’re afraid of her, because she represents the future. Goodbye old, white dinosaurs, Millennial women of color are coming to take your jobs! Good riddance!

She’s smart, eloquent, social media savvy and she’s not here to take anyone’s BS! Her Green New Deal has been picking up momentum in the public opinion, even if a lot of the dinosaurs in congress want to ignore it.

Democrats always find a way to shoot themselves in the foot. They just made huge gains in the House in November, mostly because of young voters and anti-Trump sentiment. Now that they’re in control of the House, they can go after Trump all they want, that’s one of the main reasons they just won! They can also embrace new ideas like the Green New Deal, except they decided to vote Pelosi as the speaker, who could care less about young voters. I just hope they can keep control of the House in 2020, even if, God forbid, Trump is reelected.

Even though corporate Democrats still hold a majority of the power in the party, it won’t be for much longer.
